
St. Louis — Electrical testing: Clevest Solutions Inc., a provider of mobile workforce automation software including smart grid deployment and post-deployment operations exclusively for the utility industry, and Aclara®, a provider of intelligent infrastructure technologies for utilities and part of the Utility Solutions Group of ESCO Technologies Inc. (NYSE: ESE), has announced an agreement where Clevest will provide mobile outage reporting and tracking solutions to municipal, cooperative and investor-owned utility customers through the Aclara Mobile Experience (AME).
Relying on standards-based integration and architecture, the two companies are offering a comprehensive mobile outage reporting solution to Aclara’s more than 500 utility customers, as well as new customers.

Using a standards-based approach, Aclara will extend its customer care product suite by leveraging Clevest’s mobile and outage integration expertise.
Aclara and Clevest intend to deliver an integrated solution that provides consumers with outage information faster and more accurately, along with the ability for consumers to report and track outages directly on their smart phones and devices through AME.
