Arcadian Networks Announces Presentation At UTC Next Generation Summit

Arcadian Networks, a wireless communications carrier for energy companies with dispersed assets (electric, gas and water utilities, and oil and gas companies), announced today that Joe Zarb, the Company's Vice President, Marketing, will present at the UTC Next Generation Summit on Tuesday, January 29, 2008 at 2:00 p.m.

In a discussion entitled "Bringing the Applications and the Technology to Life?Practical Applications," Mr. Zarb will explore the infrastructure of a fully-automated, Next-Generation Utility. He will explain how the systems implemented must be upgradeable, scaleable and interoperable with one another. Additionally, he will provide an overview of how these applications ?Communications, AMI, Supply Automation, and Supply Control and Optimization ? and how they must work together to create the best possible solution.

The Next Generation Summit is sponsored by The Utilities Telecom Council (UTC), a global trade association dedicated to creating a favorable business, regulatory, and technological environment for companies that own, manage, or provide critical telecommunications systems in support of their core business.
