LINCOLN ELECTRIC INTRODUCES THE INVERTEC® V155-S

The Lincoln Electric Company announces the introduction of the Invertec® V155-S base unit with stick accessories and TIG Ready-Pak® Package for lift TIG and stick welding.

The Invertec V155-S offers more than you would expect from a welder its size. The welder weighs less than 15 lbs. and stands up to the rigors of the most difficult and demanding job sites. With 115/230V auto reconnect operation, the Invertec V155-S can operate from a portable generator. It can also plug into a 200 ft. 230V extension cord, allowing users to weld just about anywhere without losing power.

The TIG Ready-Pak® package includes everything needed to begin welding. In a rugged, easy-to-store and carry suitcase, it combines the Invertec V155-S, electrode holder and cable with Twist-Mate™ plug, work cable and clamp with Twist-Mate plug, shoulder strap, gas regulator, the PTA-17 TIG torch and accessory kit.

The tough dent resistant case is IP23 rated for outdoor use. The machine is backed by Lincoln's three-year warranty, with the option to add a two-year extended warranty for a total of five years.

This dependable welder is loaded with innovative unique features like Auto-Adaptive Arc Force™ which minimizes electrode sticking and spatter and two stick modes SOFT and CRISP, along with Touch Start TIG™ operation. Additionally, providing excellent arc starting capability, Automatic Hot Start™ makes striking the arc easier in stick mode, and Fan-As-Needed™ (F.A.N) reduces noise and dust inside the machine. And the Invertec V155-S is ideal for stick welding with popular Lincoln electrodes such as Fleetweld® 35, Fleetweld 37, Fleetweld 180, and Jet-LH® 78 MR.
