Absopulse Electronics' HBC 5KC Series ac/dc power supply utilizes field-proven topology to deliver 5kW output power from a compact 291 x 57 x 457 mm vented enclosure. Designed for operation in heavy-duty industrial environments, this unit is ruggedized and conformal coated to ensure resistance against high levels of shock, vibration and moisture. The HBC 5KC is designed to meet IEC 61373 Categories 1 A & B shock and vibration standards. It is filtered to meet EN 50155 Class B EMI and it is designed to meet EN 60950 and related standards.
This fan-cooled power supply is rated for 24V at 200A, 48V at 100A, 125V at 40A or 250V at 20A continuous duty. It can be operated from either 240Vac or 250Vdc (±15%) supply voltages. Other input and output options are available on request. An optional redundancy diode allows for parallel connection to achieve higher output power. Other options include a module fail alarm and remote shut down.
The HBC 5KC is priced at US$2,650 at quantities of 100.
