Utility Products Magazine Announces the Utility Products Conference and Exposition

Utility Products magazine announces the launch of a new annual trade show for the utility industry.

Utility Products magazine announces the launch of a new annual trade show for the utility industry. The Utility Products Conference and Exposition, which will premier in San Diego on Feb. 3-5, 2009, will cater to the electric power, phone/communications, CATV, and water/wastewater markets.

The Utility Products Conference and Expo will bring the pages of Utility Products magazine to life by offering educational opportunities and product demonstrations for the electric power, telecom, CATV and water utility workers served monthly by the magazine.

The Utility Products Conference and Expo fills a void in the market by offering an annual event where electric, water, telecom and CATV contractors, linemen, maintenance workers and other personnel can receive continuing education, hands-on training, product demos and job opportunities. Attendees will enjoy educational seminars, product demonstrations on multiple stages, indoor and outdoor exhibits, a job fair and entertainment.

“We are providing the hands-on worker with practical solutions to their everyday problems,” said Michael Grossman, publisher of Utility Products. “By having a smaller and more intimate event, it will allow attendees to be a part of product demonstrations, workshops and conferences while providing them an exhibit floor with companies that can present them with solutions and products for the workplace. Networking, as well as job/career education and training will be more advantageous at The Utility Products Conference and Exposition.”

“We plan to make this a one-stop-shop for all utility-related products and information. By having this annual event, workers in the industry will be able to keep abreast and up-to-date of new technologies, products and education within the industry,” said Grossman.
