Sensus names new chairman of the board

Sensus, a provider of clean-technology solutions, named Lou D'Ambrosio chairman of the board of directors, succeeding Jonathan “Jeb” Boucher, managing partner of The Jordan Co.

D’Ambrosio will lead the overall strategy and direction of the company, working closely with management and the board. Boucher will remain on the board.

D'Ambrosio served as CEO of two Fortune 500 companies, Sears Holdings and Avaya Inc. He also spent 16 years at IBM in various domestic and international executive roles.
