ZBB Energy to provide energy storage system for Wyoming project

Milwaukee, Wisc., November 15, 2011 — ZBB Energy Corp. won an order from Facility Gateway Corp. to provide a Smart Grid Community Energy Storage System to Lower Valley Energy in Jackson, Wyoming.

The system will include customer-provided lead acid batteries and the ZBB EnerSection power and energy control center. The ZBB EnerSection will provide an integrated energy management platform ready for interconnection to a range of configurable energy sources including photovoltaic, wind power and other power outputs.

This energy storage system will be used for load management and peak shaving while providing continuous power and energy regulation supply with a connection to the grid. The installation is targeted for completion in early 2012.
