Avista Utilities picks EP2M for customer care project

Avista Utilities has selected EP2M to implement Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing software for enhanced billing and customer service capabilities

Flanders, N.J., August 22, 2012 — Avista Utilities has selected EP²M to implement Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing software for enhanced billing and customer service capabilities.

Avista will be replacing a legacy customer information system with Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing, which supports complete customer care, billing, credit and collections and payment processing to provide Avista with a complete view of customer data, streamline billing processes, and enable more responsive customer service.

Avista Utilities is an investor-owned utility serving over 360,000 electric and 321,000 natural gas customers in the Pacific Northwest.
