Safety clothing: National Safety Apparel acquires DRIFIRE. NSA welcomes the addition of another leading safety apparel brand.

Safety products: National Safety Apparel® (NSA), a manufacturer of safety apparel, announced the acquisition of DRIFIRE® from Optimer Brands based in Chicago, IL. DRIFIRE® is a brand of technologically advanced performance safety apparel that was born on the battlefield to protect military personnel. Today the DRIFIRE® line of products is utilized in a variety of industries, which include power generation, petrochemical, and INDYCAR racing.

The acquisition of DRIFIRE® further increases National Safety Apparel’s portfolio of flame resistant (FR) brands and adds another market leader to their already established “House of Brands”. The DRIFIRE® line of safety products will be promoted to National Safety Apparel’s distributor-partners alongside their existing ArcGuard®, Vizable 360°TM, Carbon ArmourTM, HYDROlite FRTM, and TECGEN SelectTM brands. The addition of the DRIFIRE® brand further validates NSA’s commitment to building a house of premium PPE brands for their customers.
