Industry veteran reveals how to optimize service delivery for utilities
ServiceMax from GE Digital, the leading provider of field service management technology, will lead two lightning talks on service delivery for utilities at DistribuTECH 2018. The conference takes place January 23-25, 2018 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas.
DistribuTECH is the largest utility conference in the United States, bringing together 326 utilities companies and over 13,500 attendees. The 15-track conference hosts industry thought leaders from all over the world, with opportunities to network, share knowledge, and problem solve with worldwide utilities, product and service providers.
Seth Dunn, director of industry development for power & utilities at ServiceMax from GE Digital, will lead two sessions titled “Digital Worker: Optimizing Service Delivery for Utilities.” Seth will share his insights on how utilities can deploy mobile and cloud-based solutions to improve their technicians’ effectiveness, efficiency and safety, while helping them better provide superior customer service.
