Corona, California upgrades its fleet management software with AssetWorks

AssetWorks signed a contract with the city of Corona, California, to deploy its fleet management software application

Wayne, Pa., March 10, 2011 — AssetWorks, a provider of fleet management software and automated fuel management systems, signed a contract with the city of Corona, California, to deploy its fleet management software application.

Looking to replace their existing fleet management software, the city of Corona sought a solution that would provide the following functionality and features:

* Develop fully burdened costing

* Better control of inventory

* Improved preventive maintenance (PM) scheduling

* Fully developed audit capability on all accounting functions
